Our community is governed by a strict set of rules and regulations that travel with the deed to each property. The volunteer Board of Directors is charged with enforcing these rules to the best of its ability. Please read them carefully, and be mindful that they are intended to improve life at Green Cay.
RULES OF THE ROAD
1. NO OVERNIGHT PARKING ON GREEN CAY ROADWAYS.
UTILITY AND EMERGENCY VEHICLES NEED CLEAR ACCESS AT ALL TIMES.
2. NO HEAVY MACHINERY MAY DRIVE ON GREEN CAY ROADWAYS.
IT MUST BE TRUCKED ONTO YOUR CONSTRUCTION SITE.
3. IF YOU DAMAGE IT, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS REPAIR!
