Green Cay Plantation is a gated community located on the southside of beautiful island of St. Thomas east of downtown Charlotte Amalie between Frenchman's Bay and Bolongo Bay. The 72 lot community was carved out of an unspoiled tract in the 1980s.  Beautiful roads were built, underground utilities were installed and large entrance was constructed.  A gate was later added to improve security. Both upscale vacation homes and modest family residence are sprinkled on 1/2 acre parcels.  Construction continues as of this writing. 

 

GCPOA is the community association whereby every property owner is required to be a member. The association maintains all common grounds within the community, community infrastructure, security, and other covenant requirements. All property owners are assessed annual dues by the association. The association's board members are elected annually by the property owners and serve voluntarily.
